Supported the redesign of the organization structure for a local authority in line with newly published operating model

Reviewed and diagnosed current structure of organization. Supported stakeholder interviews with heads of all departments and translated interview feedback and operating model guidance into organization restructures for top 5 layers of organization.
What was the outcome?
Redesigned structures for top 5 layers of the organization, consolidating existing teams, centralizing enabling services and reducing headcount to contribute to cost savings.
